Joyce plays “Diane” in Synesthesia Theatre’s first serial, Iron Horses Can’t Be Broken. Diane is a shopkeeper, and a friend to our protagonist, Iron Horse.
Joyce Porter’s previous voice work includes several commercials and industrials and two audiobooks. Most recently she voiced a computer in a short film. She has acted in over 50 films and 40 plays. Earlier this year she played a psychic in My Haunted House on the Lifetime Movie Channel. She holds an M.A. in theater from Northwestern University and has spent many years as a professor teaching theater, film, humanities and speech.
